The NGWTE database is where your contact information is stored along with your Walk and Team Service experience.

Upon the completion of your initial Emmaus, Chrysalis, or Face To Face weekend, your information is automatically entered into our database. You should receive a welcome email from the community within 7-10 days and at that point, you can log in to verify your information using the instructions below. If you have not received an email or if you have trouble logging in, please contact tech support at technology@ngwte.org.

We encourage you to keep your contact info up-to-date so you may be notified of events and service opportunities. As you continue to serve on future Emmaus, Chrysalis, or Face To Face teams, your experience will be automatically tracked by the system. This will assist our Team Selection Committee as they seek to fill leadership positions on upcoming Walks, Flights, and Encounters.

I just completed my Walk and I want to verify my contact information.

  • Click here to log in to the Emmaus Database Website
  • Click on the “Register for Site” button
  • Enter the information requested and click on the “Register” button.
  • A temporary password will be emailed to you.
  • Return to the sign in page and log in with your email address and temporary password.
  • Once logged in, you can immediately change your password and update your contact information.

 

I want to change my password.

 

I forgot my password.

  • Click here to log in to the Emmaus Database Website
  • Enter your User ID which is your official email address in the database
  • Click on the “Forgot Password?” button
  • A temporary password will be emailed to you.
  • Return to the sign in page and log in with your email address and temporary password.
  • Once logged in, you can immediately change your password and update your contact information.

 

IMPORTANT! ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WILL BE ABLE TO SEE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION UNLESS YOU TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTION:

  • Go to “You > All About You > Information > Contact Credentials”
  • Put a check mark in the “hide contact information” box and click the “Save Changes” button.
  • Once you do this, only your name will be seen in the community directory. Your contact information such as address, phone numbers, email address, will be hidden from the community at large, although the Board of Directors and Site Administrators will still be able to see it.
